Job Description

An experienced Integrated Front Door (IFD) Team Manager is sought to lead Bolton’s multi-agency front door team, acting as the single point of contact for enquiries and referrals relating to children and young people from professionals, families and the public. The IFD brings together Child Protection social workers, Early Help Access Point workers, Health, Police and partner agencies to provide advice, guidance and joint triage of referrals, ensuring children are navigated to the correct service. This is a full-time, office-based post of 37 hours per week with free on-site parking. Candidates must have relevant qualifications as per the job description and person specification, with a strong background in child protection and multi-agency safeguarding work, and will undergo reference checks covering 5 years plus a DBS check.
