Job Description
Knowsley Council are recruiting an experienced, qualified Social Worker to join their Children Looked After team, based at Nutgrove Villa, Huyton, with hybrid working. This is a permanent, full-time role (up to 36 hours per week) offering a salary of £42,839.
Following a recent Ofsted inspection, Knowsley Children’s Social Care Services are on an improvement journey with significant investment, a new leadership team, and a clear pathway to ‘Good’ and beyond. You will be joining an inclusive, supportive team where caseloads are actively managed and professional development is taken seriously.
You must be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with demonstrable experience in children’s social care and a commitment to improving outcomes for looked after children and young people.
