Job Description

Bolton Council is seeking a Childrens Social Worker for an Adoption Support role based in Bolton (BL1 1QY), running from 28 September 2026 to 26 February 2027 at £37 per hour via XMS.

The role sits within Bolton Children’s Services and focuses on adoption support work. The client will also consider candidates with a strong safeguarding background.

Requirements include a recognised social work qualification, active Social Work England registration, and five years of referencing with gaps in employment history checked. Relevant qualifications as per the job description and person specification will be verified at submission stage.
