PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POST IS 15 HOURS PER WEEK

15 hours per week to be worked flexibly between 10.00am to 10.00pm Monday – Sunday. Candidates should have a current/valid DBS.

The candidate will need to have a strong commitment to young people and an understanding of the factors affecting their lives. The ability to provide reliable support to young people and act with integrity in times of stress. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain good relationships with young people. Relevant youth work experience is essential, alongside managing staff.

Main purpose of post: To support the needs and development of children and young people at risk of offending, family breakdown, homelessness, sexual exploitation and criminal exploitation. The aim of the role is to provide support at the point when problems emerge, preventing the need for more specialist services further down the line.

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
