Job Description

An Adults Advanced Practitioner is required within the Safeguarding Adults Team at Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. This is a full-time, 6-month interim position working 37 hours per week, paying £32 per hour. The role runs from 6 July 2026 to 5 January 2027, based at 10 Duke Street, Blackburn, BB2 1DH.

The council operates a hybrid working model, with a minimum of 60% of working time at the office base and 40% remote following successful completion of induction.

Candidates must be able to provide 3 years of references and have any gaps in employment history checked. Relevant qualifications as per the job description and person specification are required.
