We have a vacancy for a targeted review role within the Learning Disability Team in Rotherham. The team are passionate about working with individuals who have a Learning Disability/Autism and welcome applications from those who want to improve the lives of Rotherham residents and shape the commissioning of services. We want an energetic and passionate person who cares about getting the best aspirational outcomes for people with a Learning Disability/Autism. We’re looking for people who are not afraid to challenge and who will promote independence and autonomy using a strength based, person-centred approach. In return you will become part of the newly established permanent Learning Disability team. The team already enjoys good and effective working relationships with other professionals, organisations/providers, carers and families. This team will be pivotal in shaping and driving the learning disability transformation programme forward.

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Adults
  • Social Work England registration.
  • Post qualified experience.
  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
