Job Description

The following is essential criteria:
– Degree in Social Work
– SWE Registration
– Right to work within the UK
Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council need a fast paced duty social worker to deliver excellent quality assessments which meet our practice standards .
The right candidate will need to talk children , be outcome focused , be a team player and deliver efficient practice . They need them being busy doing the right things , completing direct work with every child , holding family network meetings creating family plans that will bring about change> we aim for 25 day assessments too! You will have excellent management, supportive team but will need to join us and run with your children straight away.

You must have:
- A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with adults.
- Social Work England registration.
- Post qualified experience.
- Enhanced DBS/Update service.
- References required for the last 5 years of employment.
