Job Description

Transport for Greater Manchester (HR / GM Collaboration) is seeking a Resourcing Advisor for a short-term contract based at 2 Piccadilly Place, Manchester, M1 3BG.

This 3-month engagement (29 July – 30 September 2026) has been created to provide additional operational capacity during a period of increased vacancy demand, ensuring the team continues to deliver a timely, high-quality recruitment service to hiring managers.

You will support end-to-end recruitment activity, including coordinating campaigns, managing candidate pipelines, liaising with hiring managers, and supporting interview and onboarding processes.

The role is 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The pay rate is £17.05 – £19.38 per hour.
