Job Description

An agency social worker is sought to join the South Help and Protection locality team at City of Doncaster Council’s Children, Young People and Families service, based at Martinwells Centre, Doncaster (DN12 1JD). The role runs from 31 August to 31 December 2026 at £32–£35 per hour.

Doncaster holds a GOOD Ofsted rating and offers a strong support infrastructure, including a range of in-house services to assist practitioners working with children and families across a variety of needs and complexities.

The post benefits from hybrid working arrangements, free on-site car parking, access to quality training opportunities, and regular reflective case supervision alongside personal supervision — a genuine commitment to practitioner wellbeing and professional development.
