Job Description

Middlesbrough Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Safeguarding and Care Planning Team, covering a vacancy arising from a forthcoming staff departure. This role involves holding a caseload within a children’s safeguarding and care planning service, undertaking assessments and care planning to protect and support children and families. The successful candidate will need a recognised social work qualification and current Social Work England registration, along with solid post-qualification experience in a similar frontline children’s social work setting.
