Job Description

Semester Recruitment is seeking experienced Childrens Senior Social Workers for Bradford Children and Families Trust (BCFT), based at Sir Henry Mitchell House, Bradford, BD5 0QL. This is a collective order covering Children in Care across multiple teams — successful candidates will be interviewed and placed into a suitable team at the discretion of the Service Managers.

Candidates must be Level 3 qualified Senior Social Workers with a minimum of 3 years post-ASYE experience and demonstrable experience working with complex children’s cases.

BCFT operates a hybrid working model; however, there will be occasions where office attendance is required for specific tasks or team days, as defined by service needs.

Rate: £35.00 per hour. Start date: 24 August 2026, ongoing.
