Job Description

Wigan Council are seeking an experienced Deputy Team Manager for their MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) team, based in Wigan. This is a temporary contract running from 27 July to 20 October 2026, paying £37–£40 per hour.

The role involves managing the online portal and providing management oversight in line with threshold, ensuring effective safeguarding decisions and appropriate referral management within the MASH function.
