Job Description
Semester Recruitment is seeking an experienced Care Assistant for a residential setting in Walthamstow (E17) on behalf of the London Borough of Waltham Forest. This is a temporary role paying £16.14–£20.96 per hour via Prism, starting 1 September 2026.
The role is based at 45 Church Hill Road and involves supporting older people living with dementia in a residential care environment. You will be expected to provide personal care, act as a keyworker, communicate effectively with residents and colleagues, write reports, and organise activities.
