Job Description
An experienced Team Manager is sought for the Adult Early Support Team (AEST), Manchester City Council’s Adult Social Care Early Help offer. AEST is the first point of contact for adults facing a variety of situations, delivering strengths-based interventions to prevent, reduce, or delay escalation of need and support residents to maintain independence and achieve the best outcomes. You will lead a fast-paced, high-volume duty and early-help service, managing a team to ensure high quality, timely responses at initial contact. Candidates must be able to evidence relevant qualifications, provide three years of references, and be prepared for employment gap checks as part of vetting.
