Job Description
Semester Recruitment is seeking an Adults Team Leader for Calderdale Council, based at Princess Buildings, Halifax (HX1 1TS). This is a temporary contract running from 30 June to 30 October 2026, paying £40 per hour via umbrella.
The role covers the hospital discharge and post-discharge assessment team, supporting adults through transition from hospital back into the community and ensuring appropriate care and support arrangements are in place.
