Job Description

Semester Recruitment is seeking an Adults Team Leader for a part-time interim assignment based at Princess Buildings, Halifax (HX1 1TS), with Calderdale Council. This is a 3-month contract running from 1 June to 31 August 2026, working 21.5 hours per week with a flexible arrangement on how those hours are structured. The role sits within the hospital discharge and post discharge assessment team, covering a key transitional service area within adult social care. The rate is £40 per hour.
