Job Description

Powys County Council is seeking a qualified Adults Social Worker to join their Disabilities team, based at Ladywell House, Newtown, Powys (SY16 1EG). This is a locum role paying £26.55–£34.72 per hour via Prism, available from 7 September 2026. The post covers adult disabilities social work across Powys, a large rural county, so a driving licence and access to a vehicle are strongly advisable given the distances involved across the area.
