We are seeking experienced, passionate Social Workers to join our Adult Social Care teams in Swinton for a nine-month agency contract, contributing to outstanding outcomes for residents across the borough.

Working within the Walkden & Little Hulton Social Work Team, you will carry out Care Act duties to the highest standard, supporting safe and effective services through creative, strengths-based assessments and person-centred planning. You will thrive in an integrated working environment that values collaboration, flexibility, and innovation.

Key responsibilities include undertaking comprehensive social care assessments in line with the Care Act, developing person-centred support plans, and working closely with health and social care partners to deliver seamless outcomes for residents. A strengths-based approach underpins all practice across the team.

Candidates must hold a recognised Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. A current enhanced DBS and a valid driving licence with access to a car are essential for this role. The position is offered at £30 per hour for 37 hours per week, commencing 20 April 2026 until 22 January 2027.
