Job Description

Sheffield City Council is seeking a qualified Adults Social Worker to join the Communities Team on an interim basis based at Crystal Peaks, Sheffield. This role involves supporting adults within the community, undertaking assessments and reviews, and working collaboratively to promote independence and wellbeing. The successful candidate will hold a recognised social work qualification and current Social Work England registration, bringing sound knowledge of adult social care practice and safeguarding principles. This is a temporary assignment running from September 2026 to March 2027, paying £30 per hour.
