Job Description

Social Worker required for the Mental Health Social Work Team in Halifax, Calderdale. This is a full-time role (37 hours over 5 days) on a hybrid basis of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Experience in mental health social work is essential, with S117 aftercare experience preferable. Candidates must be ready to start by 14th September 2026, with shortlisting taking place 7th September and Teams interviews the week commencing 7th September.
