Job Description

This is a permanent position, we would accept a deputy looking to Progress.

Position: Registered Manager
Location: Brierfield, East Lancashire 
Home: 4-bed children’s home (EBD)
Salary: £45,000–£60,000 per annum, depending on experience

On Call Rate – £35.00 plus senior hourly rate for any care hours completed as a result of being on call. 

In addition to the salary, the role offers a performance-based bonus scheme linked to both the home’s average annual occupancy (1 April – 31 March) and the Ofsted rating achieved 

Bonus structure: 

From £5000 – £15000 depending on the Ofsted outcome

Additional Information:

• 25 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays.

• A well-established and settled home that has been operating since 2019.

• The support of an experienced Responsible Individual with extensive management experience.
