Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
We are seeking an experienced and confident advanced practitioner in the duty and assessment intervention service. This will be to support the team manager in the operational management of the team. The advanced practitioner role is to support with performance, quality of the service. This is a progressive opportunity to enhance and build management skills while continuing to work with children and families.
The advanced practitioner will-
-Case hold and work with families under CIN interventions and progress to closure or escalate to ICPCC/PLO/Court.
-Be able to produce relevant court work-initial SWET statements/S7/S37.
-Support ASYE and Apprentice social workers, offering reflective supervision and support with cases. This will include observations and feedback to assist continued professional development.
-Offer group reflective supervision for the team.
-Drive quality and performance through data, dip samples, feedback, sessions and guidance.
-Under the oversight of a team manager will chair strategy meetings and quality assure assessments and CIN plans.
