EHC Assessment and Review Officer – SEND – #000B16F21

Job Description

Leeds City Council is seeking an EHC Assessment and Review Officer to join their SEND service on a short-term interim basis, based at Merrion House, Leeds (hybrid or fully home-based working available — equipment provided).

The role centres on EHC needs assessments, with an output requirement of 6–8 EHC plans per week. Key duties include drafting EHC plans based on received professional advice, managing casework, communicating with families and schools, and progressing plans to Final.

Rate: £37.84 per hour (Umbrella) / £280 per day. Start: 22 June 2026. End: 6 July 2026.
