Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

To be part of a team providing a Statutory Social Work Service within Northumberland. To promote and support (children and/or their families) when in crisis, or

breakdown to remain with their families or with their identified carers. To provide direct social work intervention to (children, young people and their families) in the community.

Welcome to the West locality social worker team. Based in Hexham Northumberland, we are a supportive, friendly team. You will have flexible working conditions with both office and home working days on a rota basis. You will receive regular supervision with your manager and the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues.

We have a free staff car park on site.
