Job Description

Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an experienced Childrens Team Manager for their Safeguarding service, based in Stockport (SK1 3XE). This is a temporary assignment running from 24 August to 29 October 2026, paying £46 per hour.

Candidates must hold a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. Prior to submission, suppliers are required to complete the DfE Recommendation Compliance Questions and attach the completed file to the candidate record — applications without this will not be progressed.
