Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

ASAP start preferred Candidate Requirements Experience within a Children in Care (CIC) team Proven ability to produce high-quality assessment work Strong reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines Excellent relationship-building skills with children, parents, and responsible adults Desirable Experience Includes: Placement with parent assessments Looked After Children (LAC) reviews Permanency planning Long-term fostering cases Special Guardianship Orders (SGOs) Court-related work (experience is transferable) Additional Requirements: Ability to work effectively in a pressured, fast-paced environment Flexibility to manage cases nationwide
