Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified and experienced Advanced Practitioner to join a welcoming, supportive, and stable Children and Families team based in Louth, Lincolnshire.

This front-line team works with children and families from the point of referral through Child in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), and Care Proceedings. The team benefits from well-established partnerships with Family Help, Family Group Decision Making, and health services.

Key responsibilities include completing Child and Family Assessments, working collaboratively with partner agencies, making enquiries, and ensuring children are cared for safely. You will hold a mixed caseload within CIN and CP frameworks and will be expected to have experience managing private and public law proceedings.

The team operates on a three-weekly duty rota — one week on duty (with an expectation of office-based working and allocation of new cases) and two weeks off duty. The base is situated in the Lincolnshire Wolds, a rural area with free on-site parking.

Rate: £29.51 – £40.00 per hour. Start date: 21 September 2026. Sourced via Prism.
