Job Description

Semester Staffing is recruiting for an Advanced Practitioner in Children’s Social Care for Lincolnshire County Council, based at North Hykeham Technology Park, North Kesteven (LN6 3QU). This is a locum role paying £29.51–£40.00 per hour, starting 22 June 2026.

This Advanced Practitioner post sits within a duty group structure, providing support, guidance, and advice to Level 1 and Level 2 Social Workers as well as staff in training. The role requires experience of holding complex cases including court work, Child Protection, Child in Need, and some Child in Care casework.

Flexible working is available in line with Lincolnshire County Council policy.
