Job Description
Semester Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to join Southern Housing’s Admin & Clerical team based at Kent Science Park, Sittingbourne (ME9 8GA). This is a temporary role paying £101.03–£132.86 per day, starting 14 September 2026.
You will provide a full range of administrative and support services to ensure effective and efficient operation of the team, helping Southern Housing meet its legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities include booking and co-ordinating appointments with residents, contractors, and stakeholders; raising jobs across systems including MRI and Proactis; providing meeting support (room booking, agendas, minute-taking, action trackers); assisting with HHSRS and Decent Homes queries; monitoring compliance inboxes; processing incoming data and certification; maintaining accuracy across Apex, True Compliance, Swordfish, and other databases; producing mail merge databases; executing quality assurance activities; and liaising with the Service Charge Team on Leaseholder Consultation compliance.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, experience operating data management systems, the ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads, and excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
