Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

The following is essential criteria:

– Degree in Social Work

– SWE Registration

– Right to work within the UK

RIACT is colocated with our health colleagues across two sites. Our aim to support individuals who are acutely unwell to regain their independence, always promoting a home first approach. We work alongside our colleagues to focusing on individuals strengths, utilising services around them to create a safe environment to progress.

If you have experience within Adult Social Work and want to be part of a forward thinking, fast pace and supportive team get in touch.

To complete facilitate hospital discharges and review following period of recovery.

To complete reablement assessments, CSNA, MCA, risk assessments, Safeguarding, CHC and DST’s.

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

You must have:

  • A professional qualification in social work

  • Social Work England registration.

  • Post qualified experience.

  • Enhanced DBS/Update service.

  • References required for the last 5 years of employment.
