Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

Duties include:

Managing a caseload of assessment – CIN, progression to CP, children who become looked after and issuing to court.

Transfer points are completion of C&F assessment, ICPC, first hearing or CIOC Review.

We prioritise building relationships with children and their families to offer them the right service at the right time, to ultimately make sure that they are safe at home and achieve all they want to now and as they grow up

You are expected to take part in the duty rota, meet planned timescales, work on your own initiative and seek advice and guidance as needed.

We write assessments and reports with kindness, keeping the child at the centre, being clear about safety planning and next steps, including the network and setting realistic goals.
