Job Description

The following is essential criteria, please do not apply without:

– Degree in Social Work

– SWE Registration

– Right to work within the UK

MCC Require 2x SW’s in the South Locality Service to start ASAP

The social worker will be screening referrals speaking to families and professionals to make a decision if the family required social care involvement. 2 years + experience in children's social care is needed. Worker would be office based only on phones taking calls based at the etrop office in Wythenshawe.

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

You must have:

• A professional qualification in social work and experience of working with Children's
• Social Work England registration.
• Post qualified experience.
• Enhanced DBS/Update service.
• References required for the last 5 years of employment.
