Job Description

An interim Contract Officer opportunity within Kingston’s Adult Social Care Community Equipment and Reablement Services. This hybrid role (office based at Guildhall 2 a minimum of one day a week, usually Thursday) combines contract and governance coordination with system administration and data analysis. You will schedule and service contract monitoring meetings, prepare board packs, capture minutes and track action logs across multi-agency stakeholders. Acting as super-user for the TCES (Transformed Community Equipment System) platform, you will manage user accounts, access privileges and query resolution, as well as pulling, cleaning and analysing activity, stock and spend data to produce dashboards and reports for senior decision-making. The role also involves cross-referencing provider activity against invoices, maintaining contract documentation, and supporting service redesign and health and social care integration projects. Candidates should have a strong background in contract support, data coordination or project administration within a local authority, adult social care or NHS setting, hands-on experience with TCES or equivalent systems, solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, formatting), and excellent organisational abilities.
