Candidates must hold a recognised social work qualification (Degree, DipSW or CQSW equivalent), be registered with Social Work England, and have demonstrable experience of Child and Family Assessments and CIN work. Strong analytical, report-writing and caseload-management skills are essential, alongside a commitment to strengths-focused, relationship-based practice.
