Job Description

Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking an experienced Childrens Team Manager for a Duty and Assessment team based at Keighley Town Hall, BD21 3PA. This is a hybrid working role, though attendance at the office is required for specific tasks and team days as defined by service needs.

The post runs from 1 September 2026 to 31 March 2027 at a rate of £40.00 per hour, sourced via Comensura.

You will be a qualified social worker registered with Social Work England, with demonstrable experience managing a duty and assessment team within a children’s services setting. Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage competing demands in a fast-paced front-door environment are essential.
