Childrens Senior Social Worker – Area Children’s Teams – #000B41F71

Job Description

Qualified Social Workers are required to support Leeds City Council’s area children’s social work teams on a temporary basis, commencing 3 August 2026 through to 17 August 2026, at £35 per hour.

Based at Tech North in Chapel Allerton or Albion House on the Leeds/Bradford border, you will work with families in the west of Leeds across a varied and fast-paced caseload. Day-to-day duties include undertaking duty, receiving new referrals, and completing assessments, alongside holding cases across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care within proceedings.

Positions are full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5pm.
