Job Description

Oldham Council is seeking an Adults Advanced Practitioner to join the Greater Manchester Collaboration, based at George Street, Oldham (OL1 1HD). This is a full-time locum role running from 27 July to 31 December 2026, paying £30–£35 per hour.

The successful candidate will bring proven experience in a front-door adults service, specifically within an Adult MASH or Duty Team setting. You will be confident chairing safeguarding meetings and complex multi-disciplinary team (MDT) meetings, and you will hold a strong background in Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub services. Experience of managing staff within a busy front-door environment is required, alongside relevant qualifications in line with the job description and person specification.

Three years of references will be required, and any gaps in employment history will be verified as part of the compliance process.
