Job Description
Caerphilly County Borough Council is seeking an experienced Adults Senior Practitioner to join its Community Mental Health Team based at The Rhymney Integrated Health and Social Care Centre. This is a locum opportunity paying £28.11–£37.09 per hour via Prism, commencing 3 August 2026.

The team works closely with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, housing, police, probation, and third-sector partners.
Essential requirements: Diploma or Degree in Social Work (or equivalent), registration as a Social Worker with Social Care Wales (or equivalent UK council), AMHP qualification, and a minimum of two years’ post-qualifying experience in Adult Mental Health social work.
