Job Description

Semester Recruitment is seeking an experienced Childrens Team Manager for the MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) Team at Barnet Council, based in Colindale, NW9. This is a locum role paying £31.81–£43.76 per hour, available from 10 July 2026.

The successful candidate must have previous experience of managing a MASH team. Responsibilities include ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of service, maintaining high standards of health and safety, and reducing risk across the team’s operations.

Applicants must hold a recognised social work qualification, be registered with Social Work England, and have demonstrable management experience within a MASH setting. MATRIX COMPLIANT candidates are preferred for this Prism-sourced role.
