Job Description
Semester Recruitment is seeking a Customer Care Advisor for Triathlon Homes (Southern Housing) based at Celebration Avenue, Stratford, London E20. This is a heavily admin-based, office-first role paying £101.03–£132.86 per day, starting 8 June 2026.
Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will be the first point of contact for residents, handling a broad range of enquiries by phone, email, and in person. Day-to-day duties include booking appointments, organising meetings, raising purchase orders and payment requests, logging communal repairs on EVML’s database, supporting the preparation of resident communications, and ensuring all records on Southern Housing systems are accurate and up to date. You will work closely with Village Managers and liaise with the External Management Agent (EVML) on estate services, including Fire Safety projects.
The first three months are fully office-based; thereafter the role moves to a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days from home.
Ideal candidates will have a social housing or local authority background — day-to-day housing operations rather than project work — along with strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent telephone manner, good attention to detail, and a customer-focused, proactive attitude.
