Job Description

Cheshire East Council are seeking a Personal Advisor to join their Staying Close Team, based at Delamere House, Crewe (CW1 2JZ). This is a temporary role paying £20.28 per hour, starting 18 May 2026.

The role involves supporting young people who are transitioning from residential settings into adulthood. You will carry small caseloads and provide intensive weekly support, helping young people navigate this critical life stage with consistency and skilled guidance.

A combined children’s and adults DBS check is required for this post.
