Social Worker – Child Protection Team – #5295406
Job Description
An experienced Social Worker is sought to join a Child Protection team, delivering high-quality, child-centred social work practice within a demanding and rewarding environment.
In this role, you will carry a caseload of child protection cases, undertaking assessments, attending and contributing to child protection conferences, and working collaboratively with families, multi-agency partners, and other professionals to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people.
You will be part of a dedicated team committed to making a meaningful difference to the lives of vulnerable children. Strong supervision and management support are expected within the team structure.
To be considered for this post, you will need to be a qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England, and have demonstrable experience working within a child protection or statutory children’s social care setting. You will be confident working autonomously, managing a complex caseload, and meeting statutory timescales.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practitioner looking to further develop their skills in a specialist child protection environment.
