Job Description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

We are seeking an experienced Children in Care Social Worker to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will hold a recognized social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England. You will have proven experience in working with looked-after children, delivering high-quality care planning, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Strong skills in relationship building, safeguarding, and multi-agency collaboration are essential, alongside the ability to manage complex caseloads effectively. This role requires resilience, empathy, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people in care.
