Administrator/Minute Taker required
Grade 4 – Full-time 37hours
A development opportunity based in the CLDT Team at Farnworth Town Hall
This role requires the applicant to organise and take minutes so someone with experience of minute taking or a willingness to learn is essential.
• Compiling duty rotas, supporting any IT call requests, updating spreadsheets and collating information and liaising with Management.
• Supporting the Lead Senior Admin – delegating work, staff rotas to ensure reception cover and undertaking general admin duties.
Managing and monitoring petty cash and floats
Supporting the Team with annual leave, calendar management, duty rotas etc.
To support team with any other administration tasks required
