Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
We are looking for 2 experienced PAs to provide exec level support to Directors within our Children and Young People Service. Ideally you will have experience of supporting senior leaders or have a sound working knowledge and experience of efficient diary management along with administrative experience at a senior level within a busy and fast paced office environment.
Experience within a Children’s Service setting would be advantageous however it is not essential.
In addition to email and diary management, you will provide support on smaller projects or pieces of work on behalf of Directors across the service. You will also support on complaints, proactively seeking information to support the Director’s in responding to issues raised.
Bury operates an agile working environment with a blend of home and office working. We would expect in a typical week to spend 3 or 4 days a week in the office, based around the needs of Directors and meetings scheduled.
You must have:

Post qualified experience.

Enhanced DBS/Update service.

References required for the last 5 years of employment.
