Job Description

Middlesbrough Borough Council is seeking a Residential Resource Worker for Rosecroft Children’s Home (TS5 8AX) on a three-month contract starting 8th June 2026, paying £17.26 per hour.

This is a rota-based role including one or two 24-hour shifts per week with a sleep-in element, alongside 8 or 12-hour day shifts. The successful candidate will have experience in residential childcare and demonstrate the ability to effectively engage with and support young people.

An enhanced DBS check and a full UK driving licence are essential requirements for this role.
