Job Description

Southwark Council is seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to initiate and deliver a Data Maturity programme within its Housing Improvement Programme. This work forms part of the council’s response to a C3 grading from the Regulator of Social Housing.

The successful candidate will lead on improving data maturity across the Housing directorate and establishing robust data strategies to support long-term improvement.

Candidates must hold an MSP qualification and be able to demonstrate experience of leading a data maturity programme. Local government or large Housing Association experience is essential; direct housing experience is desirable.

This is an interim role based at 160 Tooley Street, London SE1 2QH, paying £422.72–£588.89 per day, starting 15 June 2026. The role is sourced via the Prism portal — MATRIX COMPLIANT candidates are preferred.
