Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.
Candidates must have the below experience
* Experienced and skilled in working with children, young people and families taking a whole family approach
* Effective practice in relation to engagement and working with children, young people and families
* Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary environment. Able to support while confidently challenging professionals and families where required
* Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
* Able to use IT systems effectively to input data for recording, tracking and monitoring purposes
This post will be providing duty cover and pre-allocation support to families on the allocation list. This will include, for example, home visits, safety planning, support, guidance and signposting.
Please note that while hours state 9am – 5pm there is a requirement to be flexible to meet the need of families.
