Job Description
A locum Children’s Social Worker is required for the Help and Protection East Team 3, based at the Vermuyden Centre, Fieldside, Thorne, Doncaster (DN8 4BQ). This is a full-time role working within City of Doncaster Council’s Children, Young People and Families service, running from 29 June 2026 to 29 June 2027, at a rate of £32–£35 per hour.
The team works within a child protection and help and protection framework. Candidates must hold a recognised social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
