Job Description

Bury Council (GM Collaboration) is seeking an Adults Social Worker for hospital social work in Bury (BL9 7TD). This is a locum post covering vacancy, starting 24 August 2026 through to 30 September 2026 at £30 per hour.

The role involves hospital social work, with a preference for candidates who have previous experience in hospital discharge. The post requires weekend working and cross-site cover across multiple hospital sites.

Candidates must be able to provide 3 years of references, and any gaps in employment history will be checked. Relevant qualifications as per job description and person specification required.
